Course Overview
This introductory course offers a comprehensive exploration of Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine known for its holistic approach to health and well-
being. Designed for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of Ayurveda and its principles, the course provides a solid foundation for personal healing and transformation.
Course Objectives
- Explore the fundamental concepts of Ayurveda: Gain a clear understanding of the doshas (vata, pitta, kapha), the five elements (ether, air, fire, water, earth), and the six tastes (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, astringent).
- Learn about Ayurvedic lifestyle practices: Discover how to incorporate Ayurvedic principles into daily life through diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management.
- Understand Ayurveda nutrition: Explore the medicinal properties of various Ayurvedic herbs and learn Ayurveda nutrition basic principles & Ayurveda cooking.
- Discover the principles of Ayurveda therapies: Learn basic Ayurvedic therapies techniques (Abyangam-Ayurveda massage,marma therapy, shirodhara,kativasti, pinda swedan, udwertanam & other Ayurveda panchakrma therapies)
- Explore Ayurvedic meditation and yoga: Practice Ayurvedic-inspired meditation and yoga techniques to enhance mental and emotional well-being.
Duration:
Four weeks (Sunday off)
This course includes both theory & practical session
Ayurveda class-Three hrs class every day (Sun off)
Pranayama & Yoga session – one hr (Mon to Sat)
Meditation class- one hr. class ( Mon to Sat )

The time duration of the class can be changeable if a student has some query or question or wants to practice more, the time of the class can be the increase or practice longer session in extra time
The student can join Ayurveda panchakarma treatment during free time (we offer a special discount for the student for treatments)
The student will get a sharing room with an attached bathroom & wi-fi facilitates. We offer Indian Ayurveda food, it includes three meals a day.
